Lori A. Teverbaugh, MD, FACOG, attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria in Peoria, IL, and received her medical degree in 1999. Furthermore, she conducted her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria/OSF Saint Francis Medical Center (1999-2003), where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. In addition, Dr. Teverbaugh received board certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. She remains at the forefront of his challenging specialty via memberships and affiliations with prestigious professional societies and associations. As a result, he is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the American Medical Association, the Illinois State Medical Society, and the Peoria Medical Society.
